Block content from a Ranch, Family or Business

To Block content, from the Ellipsis Menu choose the Block content choice. This will remove content from the selected ranch, family or Business. If you decide you would like to unblock content, please send an email with your specific request to help@ranchbook.com.

Ellipsis Menu to Report Abusive Behavior

There are three dots beside each page listing, post or clip in Ranchbook. From this menu you can select the available options for this listing which includes Report.

Choose Report, this option will notify Ranchbook monitoring agents the specific content that is inappropriate for Ranchbook.

You can enter a Service Request in the Ranchbook app. Please enter a Service Request as your first option for any type of communication you would like with Ranchbook. A Service Request enables us to accurately track your service and communicate effectively.

To enter a Service Request, click the + icon within the App and Click Service.
